Ayurvedic Tips For Eyes

Five physical organs in a body and eyes hold the place of the most delightful expressive organs we have that also have the aptitude of image. Kapha eyes are usually large and evident with thick lashes. Pitta eyes are sharp, penetrating and sensitive and are inclined to to prickly heat or redness.

Treatment: Dough of Urad is put around the eye ball in such a way that a dam like appearance is seen. Then herbal curing ghee  is put in this trench to grease eye and adjacent areas which will be kept warm for 30 – 35 report. This provides value-added sight with lovely eyes and strengthening of eye tissues

To counteract eye form damage its care is very crucial. It is best to avoid poor light when reading or using computers or seeing television for long hours. Very concentrated light or using very hot or very cold river on the face and head is also not health-giving for the eyes. 

Dry or dull eyes: The stress of Kapha dosha causes dull eyes, while a decrease of Vata leads to waterlessness.

Remedies:

  1. Use a few drops of caramel, ghee or sesame oil in the eyes.
  2. Boil 1/2 teaspoon of fennel seeds in 1 cup of marine until it has cut-rate to half. Cool and use as eye drops.
  3. Wash the feet in warm water and massage with oil.

Tense or blood shot eyes:

Aggravation of Pitta dosha due to stress, 
burn or litter leads to red sore eyes:

 
Remedies:

  1. Put 3 drops of rose sea in the eyes.
  2. Soak a cotton pad in rose aquatic, milk or aloe vera liquor and remove to barred eyes for 10-20 proceedings while laying down comfortably.
  3. Place a share of cucumber on each eye for some time.
  4. Boil 2 or 3 figs and 1 tablespoon of raisins in 1 cup of milk. Drink each morning.

Weak eyesight:

Alochaka Pitta is in authority for maintaining perception and it weakens with age. Proper caring for the eyes is one preventative size that helps.

Remedies:

  1. Meditate daily on the flame of a rush light.
  2. Mix some cardamom seeds with 1 tablespoon of brown
  3. Rinse the eyes with sea daily. Rest eyes if working for long periods.
  4. Grind nearly half a cup each of almonds, raw sugar and aniseeds. Divide into 40 doses and take one each day with a cup of warm milk.
